These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RotationMatch Network’s websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Services.

Accounts and onboarding

• You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree not to impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Use of the Services

RotationMatch helps facilitate clinical placement coordination between students and preceptors. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

SMS and communications

If you opt in to receive SMS, you authorize us to send messages related to your account, onboarding, and rotation coordination. If you separately opt in, you may receive marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions included in the message (for example, replying STOP).

User content

You may submit information and materials through the Services ("User Content"). You represent that you have the rights to submit such User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to access accounts or data without authorization.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services, including introducing malware.
• Using the Services to harass, threaten, or exploit others.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code from the Services except where permitted by law.

Third-party services

The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RotationMatch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RotationMatch and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to protect the Services, users, or third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
